Refund policy

I hope on receiving your order that you are happy with your print, but if you find any problems with your purchase please contact me immediately and I will do everything I can to resolve the issue.

Prints may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me at minottp4@gmail.com if you wish to return any items before sending them, and include a note within the package with information of your order.

I will only accept returns of unused and undamaged goods which are returned in the same condition as sent. I would recommend sending any returns via an insured trackable courier or postal service as I will not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. On receiving the goods, and confirming the product is in perfect condition, I will refund you for the full amount. I cannot refund shipping cost for any returned items.

For bespoke and made-to order prints, refunds will only be offered for a faulty or incorrect item. I am, however, happy to offer an exchange for another print in store.
